Participants will analyze global incident response models, assess governance structures such as CERT and CSIRT organizations, and evaluate coordination mechanisms across government, industry, and international partners. The course emphasizes decision-making under pressure, escalation protocols, and institutional readiness. Course Details: • Duration: 6 weeks (approximately 24 total hours) • Format: Fully online, asynchronous with guided modules • Structure: Expert-led sessions, scenario-based simulations, and applied governance design exercises • Outcome: Development of a National Cyber Incident Governance Blueprint tailored to a national or organizational environment This program equips leaders to move from reactive incident response to structured, coordinated national readiness and resilience.
