Cyber Institute was founded in 2016 with the mission to advance global cybersecurity and emerging technology by focusing on three core areas: Policy, where we advocate for ethical, inclusive, and forward-thinking frameworks; Research, delivering data-driven insights to inform critical decisions and inspire innovation; and Capacity Building, empowering communities and organizations with the skills and resources to navigate an ever-evolving digital landscape. Together, these efforts drive resilience, security, and progress on a global scale.

Policy

This pillar develops innovative frameworks and advocates for robust cybersecurity and emerging technology policies. By collaborating with global stakeholders, the department shapes ethical, inclusive, and forward-thinking standards to address current challenges and future opportunities.

Research

This department conducts comprehensive analysis to examine the implications of emerging technologies on global security and society. Through data-driven insights and thought leadership, the department provides actionable knowledge to inform policy decisions and drive strategic advancements in cybersecurity.

Capacity Building

This department strengthens organizations and communities by enhancing their ability to manage and mitigate cybersecurity risks. Through specialized training programs, resource development, and expert mentorship, the department fosters resilience and leadership in the face of technological transformation.
